'Sarawak laksa'
One can find Sarawak laksa stalls anywhr in Kuching..but there are only few places whr u can find really nice ones in Kuching. Nice as in fresh prawns, nice gravy, not too oily..Below are my personal favourites..
- Chong choon cafe @ jln padungan near longhouse hotel
- Foody goody cafe @ tabuan laru near Kuching Specialist Hospital
- Ling loong cafe @ king centre
' Sarawak 'pek kueh' - white rice cake'
The place dat serve d best pek kueh in Kuching should be Sin Poh Poh cafe @ near grand continental hotel. This is a foochow delicacy and its simply addictive!
